LightPaper grew from a side venture into a studio focused on corporate storytelling. Founded by Rohit Salunke, we bring experience in HR and manufacturing to the way we listen, plan and create.
Think of us as your extended media team: available, easy to work with and involved from the first conversation through delivery. We value clear communication, creative thinking and a quick response when your plans move.
“LightPaper” comes from the light filters used in theatre. A simple material that changes how a story is seen. That’s the idea we carry into every project: find the right light for your story.

Can you work with our existing footage?+
Yes. We offer post-production support, including editing, sound design, motion graphics, colour grading, subtitles and cutdowns. We’ll review the footage and agree on the scope before starting.
Do you work on ongoing retainers?+
Yes. Monthly retainers can support recurring video, social content and post-production needs. We shape the deliverables and working rhythm around your team’s requirements.
Can you support our HR and communications teams?+
Yes. Employee stories, employer branding, culture films and leadership communication are part of our offering. We work with your stakeholders to understand the audience and message.
Where are you based?+
We are based in Pune, India. Share your project locations, dates and requirements so we can discuss the production arrangements.
